Are Board Meetings open to all residents? If so, where and when are they held?
Yes. Board Meetings are typically help quarterly or at other times the Board may set depending upon circumstances or situations as they arise. Please contact the Board if you are interested in attending and you will be notified of the next meeting date, time and location. At their discretion, the Board of Directors may allocate time for private Executive Session.

What are the Bylaws?
The Bylaws are the guidelines for the operation of the non-profit corporation. The Bylaws define the duties of the various offices of the Board of Directors, the terms of the Directors, the membership’s voting rights, required meetings and notices of meetings, and the principal office of the Association, as well as other specific items that are necessary to run the Association as a business. Do I need prior approval before beginning improvements to my home?
Yes, the Association has adopted Architectural Standards with procedures for submitting requests to make exterior changes to your home. Such changes may include patio covers, decks, landscaping, exterior color changes or extensive interior changes and additions. These Standards were established and are enforced to maintain the aesthetic value and integrity of the community on behalf of all homeowners. Who do I contact if there is a problem with the Main Gate?
What do I do if the remote for the Main Gate is not functioning properly?
The remotes used to operate the Main Gate are powered by a small 12-volt battery. We suggest you try to replace the battery and if the problem persists, please submit a request through the Contact page.

When does the pool open/close for the year, and what are the hours of operation?
The pool is available for use to residents of Greystone Manor from early May through September each year. The actual opening and closing dates will be announced by the Board. The hours of operation are from 9:00AM to 10:00PM daily.

How do I get access to the pool area?
The pool access is secured by a bio-metric scanning system. Each resident desiring access must be fingerprinted and the loaded into the system’s databases. To schedule this process, please submit a request through the Contact page.
